Heidemarie Wiezcorek-Zeul, said commenting on a recent visit to Belgrade. The German minister believes the new Yugoslav government is not responsible for the old debts and should therefore be exempt from paying them. Wiezcorek-Zeul believes the 3.5 billion DEM Yugoslavia has been granted by donor-countries should be invested into strengthening small and medium businesses as the quickest way of creating news jobs.
