The two Croatians were helped to their car by police representatives of the United Nations and the Republic of Srpska. The attempt to lay the foundation stone was obstructed by almost one thousand people, of whom many wore Chetnik insignia, Brailo said upon returning to Dubrovnik, Croatia.
