BELGRADE-Politika BELGRADE DISMISSES LEGAL ACT ON KOSOVO SELF-GOVERNMENT BELGRADE, May 3 (Hina) - Yugoslav authorities today reacted to a draft of Kosovo's highest legal act and dismissed it as an establishment of the Yugoslav province's state independence. The draft was drawn up and issued in Pristina, but not all elements of the document are available to the public. The Yugoslav side described the draft as unacceptable, the Serbian Parliament will, upon agreement by all parties, hold a meeting Friday to pass a declaration on the unsustainability of the draft, and Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic said the UNMIK (UN peace-keeping mission in Kosovo) is "transcending its authorities". Djindjic said "everything possible will be done" to prevent a definite solution on the aforementioned legal act which would provide Kosovo with its own armed and police forces. He added, however, the Serbian government still does not have an official confirmation about the draft legal framework for
