BELGRADE, April 20 (Hina) - Erick Moris, a special envoy of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, on Friday said the UNHCR would in the future insist on refugees' right to the return Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. During his news
conference in Belgrade, Moris emphasised that it was an exceptionally important issue and announced new talks with the government in Croatia where returnees faced problems in their integration, in contacts with authorities or had been arrested, he said. Moris said he had met Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica whom he acquainted with UNHCR's willingness to help Serbia and Montenegro to integrate refugees who do not want to comeback to their pre-war homes. The Serbian refugee commission has recently said that according to a census, which was conducted among refugees between 9 March and 11 April, 420,000 persons were listed, and of them, only six percen
