Slovenia's representative in charge of succession issues, Miran Mejak said Wednesday. Commenting Belgrade's suggestion on a "general settlement", Mejak said it is clear that the real-estate of the former federal institutions will remain where they are, and property of former joint labour organisations (companies) in one state is being treated in another state as an acquired right and belongs to the heir of the company.
