LJUBLJANA, Feb 23 (Hina) - The third international conference on human rights and the protection of ethnic and religious minorities in Southeast Europe started in Bled, Slovenia on Friday. The conference is being held as a part of the
Stability Pact's working table on democracy and human rights, under the auspices of Council of Europe Secretary General Walter Schwimmer. Present at the conference is president of the Croatian Helsinki Committee Zarko Puhovski.
