ZAGREB, Feb 12 (Hina) - The Hague tribunal will announce its verdicts in the trial of a former vice-president of the Croat Community of Herzeg Bosnia, Dario Kordic, and a former commander of the Vitez brigade, Mario Cerkez, on Monday,

On December 15, 2000 the Hague prosecution demanded life imprisonment for Kordic and Cerkez, who are charged with war crimes committed in the area of Herzeg-Bosnia (Kordic) and Vitez (Cerkez) during the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The prosecutors told the panel of judges the two Bosnian Croats had had decisive influence on the policy and attacks which lead to ethnic cleansing in Central Bosnia.
