The AD Plastik joint stock company submitted in March an offer to the Commercial Court in Nanterre, France, through the bankruptcy estate manager, for the purpose of purchasing the assets of the French company Sealynx Automotive Transieres SAS.
Apart from the Croatian company, offers were also submitted by another four companies: German MSSL Polymers, Indian Ruia Group, Spanish Kaufil Sealing Technologijes and Polish Boryszew.
The Commercial Court in Nanterre has accepted the Indian Ruia Group's offer, the AD Plastik reported today.
