The term of office of the new MPs was verified.
Vujanovic said he was certain "the Montenegrin parliament will have
a democratic image" and that "parliament will work effectively and
make it possible that all projects, which will be proposed by the
government and the representatives, are passed".
Vujanovic was proposed for his new office by the Democratic Party of
Socialists (DPS), which won the absolute parliamentary majority at
the recent ballot in coalition with the Social Democratic Party.
The DPS leadership last night decided to propose incumbent
Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic for the new Prime Minister.
