BELGRADE, Oct 16 (Hina) - The Yugoslav Constitutional Court on
Wednesday unanimously adopted a temporary binding measure which

made. #L#
DSS deputies were stripped of their mandates after their party was
excluded from the DOS ruling coalition.
The acting president of the Yugoslav Constitutional Court, Momcilo
Grubac, said that "the temporary measure gives an opportunity to
state bodies and political factors to settle disrupted political
relations".
Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic told the Beta news agency the
Yugoslav Constitutional Court was not authorised to make the
decision because it was within the jurisdiction of the Serbian
Constitutional Court.
