OSIJEK, Oct 11 (Hina) ? The Osijek County Court on Friday ruled that
two war crimes suspects in the "Paulin Dvor case" remain in custody
for two more months, sources at the court said. #L#
Suspects Nikola Ivankovic (43) and Enes Viteskic (33), who were
arrested and taken to the County Court Investigating Centre on
September 14, were originally placed in custody for one month at the
request of the County Prosecution.
The two are suspected of having participated, together with other
unidentified persons, in the murder of 19 civilians from Paulin
Dvor on December 11, 1991. At the time the crime was committed they
were members of the Croatian Army's 130th Reserve Brigade and were
off duty.
