memory of anti-fascist fighters at Petrova Gora has been destroyed.

A police patrol discovered the destroyed plaque at 8:30pm Monday
night. An investigation is underway, Karlovac police spokesman
Tomislav Kotic said on Tuesday.
The plaque was set up on May 15 on the 60th anniversary of the
partisans' breaking out of Ustashi encirclement.
The president of the Anti-Fascist Fighters and Karlovac County
Anti-Fascist Fighters, Martin Jendrasic, condemned the act and
described it as "a recidivism of fascism".
