In a special declaration, Albanian MPs criticised the UNMIK
administration for allowing the polls for Serbia's parliament to take
place in Kosovo teritory, claiming this would create tension in Kosovo
and stimulate Serbia's territorial pretensions towards Kosovo.
A representative of the Serb coalition Povratak (Return), Dragisa
Krstovic, said elections in Serbia was the issue to be discussed by
the OSCE Mission and not the Kosovo parliament. Serb MPs walked out
before the voting on the declaration took place.
