Polling stations closed at 1900 hours, but in Bosnia-Herzegovina
and Serbia-Montenegro voting continued after that time for people
who came in at the last minute to vote, Crnic said.
Crnic said 16 incidents had occurred at polling stations, mainly
involving disturbance of the peace, and that the police would press
charges.
Crnic said he believed it would be possible to forecast the
distribution of seats in the next parliament on the basis of returns
that came in by 0400 hours on Monday.
