Jovanovic was heard on Thursday at the regional police headquarters
in the southern part of Kosovska Mitrovica and the hearing was also
attended by international district prosecutor Philipp Olkok,
Jovanovic's attorney Miro Delevic said.
Jovanovic was arrested 15 days after UN police officer Satish Menon
was ambushed on the road Kosovska Mitrovica-Leposavic.
The murder of Menon, who was killed while he was in a car bearing
visible UN insignia, is the first murder of an international police
officer in Kosovo and has met with strong condemnation by Kosovo
institutions and the international community.
