The government reported after its session today that the ministry
for public works, reconstruction and construction will, based on
official documents, establish whether the persons indeed have the
status of refugee or displaced person, in line with the above law.
The ministry will establish whether the people in question used
property for accommodating their family on the basis of an act by a
competent body and whether they had been secured alternate
accommodation during that time.
The State Prosecution will then make a deal with the parties
involved, whereby the state will pay the rent amounts.
