An unnamed representative of the ministry told the Slovene news
agency STA that the request was being discussed, which was why the
ministry could not comment on it yet.
The HEP's bill for undelivered electricity refers to the period
from 1 July 2002 to 19 April this year. An agreement on the
resumption of power supply signed by the two countries could not be
implemented in that period due to its delayed ratification in the
Slovene parliament.
