The chief of the Operational Communications Centre at the Osijek Police Department, Branko Horvatin, told Hina that Glavas had reported a second letter on Tuesday when he received it, and that the investigation into the two letters was continuing.
The business secretary of the Osijek County branch of the HDZ, Dario Opacak, said that the latest letter had been addressed to Glavas at HDZ headquarters in Osijek. He added that the letter was typewritten and sent from Rijeka on October 29.
Opacak said that the letter read as follows: "Viktor Lenac is not a company that will tolerate being terrorised by you and your people. We have invested too much effort in all this to allow you to destroy it, so General, we advise you to go back to your Slavonia or else you will be sent back in a box."
The first letter, which was sent from Rijeka on October 25 to Glavas's home address, said that Glavas was unwelcome in the Rijeka region and the Viktor Lenac shipyard.
Glavas declined to comment on the latest letter on Thursday, saying that "it is up to the police to do their job".
