ZAGREB, Oct 7 (Hina) - Klaus Peter Wilsch, a deputy in the Germanparliament in charge of relations with Croatia, on Thursday visitedthe Croatian parliament where he held talks with the chairmen of theCommittee on Internal Policy and
National Security and the Committeeon Foreign Policy, Ivan Jarnjak and Gordan Jandorkovic respectively,the parliament said in a press release.
ZAGREB, Oct 7 (Hina) - Klaus Peter Wilsch, a deputy in the German
parliament in charge of relations with Croatia, on Thursday visited the
Croatian parliament where he held talks with the chairmen of the Committee on
Internal Policy and National Security and the Committee on Foreign Policy, Ivan
Jarnjak and Gordan Jandorkovic respectively, the parliament said in a press
release.The two sides agreed that Germany and Croatia had a fruitful
parliamentary cooperation.
It was stated that the German parliament would soon set up a
German-Croatian friendship group to establish cooperation with the Croatian
parliament's Croatian-German friendship group.
The Bundestag will help Croatia in its talks on membership in the
European Union, Wilsch said.
The two sides also discussed measures for successful investments in
small and medium-sized businesses in Croatia.
