The "Expo BiH" fair features 93 business organisations from Bosnia-Herzegovina, which are exhibiting their products and services at 25 stands.
About 20 various events will be organised during the fair, including a business forum on possibilities of promoting economic cooperation between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. The forum is due to take place on Friday.
Bosnian Ambassador Zlatko Dizdarevic said he was satisfied with the organisation of the fair, adding that it would certainly contribute to the growth of economic cooperation between the two countries.
Dizdarevic positively assessed changes in the structure of trade between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, which showed that his country was reducing its foreign trade deficit. He said he believed that this was the result of the implementation of the free trade agreement between the two countries.
In the first half of this year Croatia exported 482.3 million US dollars' worth of goods to Bosnia-Herzegovina, which was 20.6 per cent more than in the same period last year. At the same time Croatia imported 164.6 million dollars' worth of goods from its neighbour, an increase of 79 per cent from the same period in 2003.
