ZAGREB, Sept 3 (Hina) - The Croatian government encourages Croatian businessmen to be present on the Bosnian market and advocates the introduction of a regular flight from Mostar to Zagreb, Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader said in Zagreb on Friday.

Sanader said this during talks with the general director of Mostar's Aluminij company Miso Brajkovic who informed the PM of the company's business activities and development plans. Croatia owns 12 percent of the stocks in that Bosnian company.

Sanader also received Mostar deputy mayor Ljubo Beslic who stressed economic cooperation was important for the overall development of the two countries relations, the Croatian government's public relations office said in a statement.

Beslic also informed PM Sanader of the preparations for local elections in Bosnia scheduled for October 2, the statement said.
