PULA, Sept 10 (Hina) - Pula's County Court on Friday rejected as
unfounded an appeal which counsel representing former Macedonian Interior
Minister Ljube Boskovski filed against a decision to investigate Boskovski and
keep him in detention for 30 days, court president Aldo Radulovic said.The Pula County Court investigating judge issued a decision to
investigate and detain Boskovski on suspicion that he is responsible in his
capacity as Macedonia's interior minister for ordering the 2002 killing of
seven immigrants from Pakistan and India he believed were terrorists.
Boskovski, who also has Croatian citizenship, was arrested in Bale near
Rovinj on the northern Adriatic peninsula of Istria on August 31.
