PORTOROZ, June 8 (Hina) - A regional table of the Stability Pact inSoutheast Europe was held in Slovenia's Portoroz on Tuesday. The security situation in western Balkancountries has significantly improved in relation to five years agowhen the Stability Pact in Southeast Europe was founded, EUCommissioner for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solanasaid in his written speech which was presented to participants in theStability Pact's round table in Slovenia's Portoroz on Tuesday.
