SPLIT, May 6 (Hina) - Prime Minister Ivo Sanader on Thursday inaugurated the most state-of-the-art water pump station in Croatia at Ravne njive near the southern seaport of Split. The EUR6 million pump station will supply 200,000
people with water.

Ravne njive near the southern seaport of Split. The EUR6 million pump
station will supply 200,000 people with water.#L#
This water pump station was built as part of the Kastel Bay Eco
Project, which is financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and
the Development. The whole project is worth EUR143 million in which
Croatia participates with EUR65 million.
"This is extremely well-invested money," Sanader said, stressing that
building the infrastructure was the most important issue for every
state.
