The session heard that there were over 323,000 outstanding
property-related cases at 104 municipal courts and that half of them
were filed with courts in Zagreb and Split.
The government adopted a number of conclusions to ensure the
implementation of the land survey programme by 2005. The programme was
approved by parliament in 2001.
The government formulated a bill on the export of goods that can be
used for both civil and military purposes, including computer
programmes and technology.
It also worked out amendments to the law on the FINA (Financial
Agency) and the National Deposit Insurance and Bank Rehabilitation
Agency. The amendments concerned the makeup of supervisory and
managing boards and the term of office of directors.
