As many as 88.2 percent of those polled said that they supported Bosnia's European Union aspirations, according to the findings of the telephone opinion poll which were presented to the Bosnian government on Thursday.
In the Bosnian federation (Croat-Muslim entity), nine in ten respondents are for Bosnia's EU membership, and in the Serb entity, eight in ten respondents support it.
As many as 97.1 percent of the respondent of Bosnian Muslim (Bosniak) origin are for the country's admission to the European bloc, 85.3 percent of Croat respondents and 77.7 percent of Serbs.
As many as 77 percent of the respondents say they feel European, and 92 percent support the implementation of reforms necessary for the country's entry into the EU, with 70 percent of those polled saying they are aware of the too slow pace of the reforms.
Every other respondent (51.2 percent) expresses fear that Bosnia will enter the EU only after Albania, Serbia and Montenegro.
