The bill, passed with a majority of votes, was explained by the deputy
chairman of the Serbian Radical Party, Tomislav Nikolic.
During a debate that harked back to the time of the Milosevic regime,
deputies expressed their patriotism, referred to the Serbs on trial in
The Hague as heroes, and severely criticised the international
community.
