"I came here to listen and not to give assessments. We know that
tragic events took place in Kosovo, but we don't know what is good for
Kosovo and Serbia, that is why I would like to hear their opinion,"
Rupel said and announcing his visit to Pristina to get their side of
the story.
Svilanovic said Serbia and Montenegro wants all forms of violence in
Kosovo to stop. The country also insists on establishing the
responsibility of the masterminds and perpetrators of the violence.
"I informed Rupel of the idea of the decentralisation of Kosovo,"
Svilanovic said and added he presented other ideas for the solution to
the Kosovo issues.
Rupel also held talks with the chairman of the Serbian government's
