ZAGREB, March 22 (Hina) - Denmark fully supports the further enlargement of the European Union and recognises Croatia's achievements in the implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement and meeting political criteria
which include full cooperation with the UN war crimes tribunal at the Hague, it was said in Copenhagen on Monday during regular political consultations between the officials of the Croatian and Danish foreign ministries, the Croatian ministry said in a statement.

Croatian Assistant Foreign Minister Neven Madey and Danish officials
expressed satisfaction with good bilateral relations. The talks
focused on Croatia's attempts to gain the candidate status and to
start negotiations on EU membership, the statement said.
Denmark also supports Croatia's process of drawing closer to NATO, the
statement said.
