ZAGREB, March 2 (Hina) - Croatia's Justice Minister Vesna Skare Ozbolt and the chairman and the vice-chairman of the Ethnic Minorities' Council, Aleksandar Tolnauer and Sinisa Tatalovic respectively, on Tuesday held talks on minority
representation in some state bodies.

and the chairman and the vice-chairman of the Ethnic Minorities'
Council, Aleksandar Tolnauer and Sinisa Tatalovic respectively, on
Tuesday held talks on minority representation in some state bodies.#L#
According to a press release issued by the ministry, the right to
representation is exercised very well at county courts, and Minister
Skare Ozbolt will propose a plan for enhancing minority representation
in other judicial bodies in line with the results of the last census.
The minister and the Council delegation also considered problems in
the implementation of the constitutional law on minority rights in
units of local authority, their representation in the law-making
bodies of counties, cities and municipalities, and plans to adopt a
separate law on the election of minority representatives and councils
and models of their election into state bodies, the press release
read.
