Witness Robert Koprivanec, a 33-year-old national of Croatia, who was also a member of the "Scorpions", recognised in a recording Davidovic and three other persons, who in July 1995 participated in the execution of six younger civilians, including two minors, in the village of Trnovo near Srebrenica.
The witness, however, today could not say with certainty that the object Davidovic was putting in his belt was indeed a gun, which is what he had claimed when he saw the recording first in June this year.
At today's hearing the witness recognised Davidovic as he was taking a prisoner out of a truck.
Davidovic, who was arrested in mid-June this year after he was recognised in an amateur video recording showing the killing of Bosnian Muslims, did not have any questions for the witness or objections to the presentation of evidence.
He is charged with taking part, along with other unknown members of the "Scorpions" unit, in the killing of six Bosniaks in Trnovo near Srebrenica in July 1995 and with abusing captured members of the Croatian Army in Bobota near Vinkovci in October 1991.
The trial continues on Tuesday.
