During his testimony, Agotic, who had served in the JNA before joining the Croatian Army in the summer of 1991, spoke of JNA plans to occupy Croatia.
According to him, there was "Plan A to occupy entire Croatia and Plan B to occupy Croatia along the line stretching from Karlobag via Karlovac to Virovitica".
"When they saw that they could not do it, they proceeded to, tentatively speaking, Plan C to occupy about 30 percent of Croatia's territory, which was confirmed by a cease-fire agreement signed in Sarajevo on 2 January 1992," the prosecution witness said.
Agotic will resume his testimony on Tuesday at the trial of Veselin Sljivancanin, Mile Mrksic and Miroslav Radic, who are also known as the Vukovar Three.
