ZAGREB, Dec 7 (Hina) - The Croatian insurance market generated a grosspremium of KN6.2 billion in the first ten months of this year, whichwas a 9.3% increase over the previous nine-month period, according tofigures from the
Directorate for the Supervision of InsuranceCompanies.
ZAGREB, Dec 7 (Hina) - The Croatian insurance market generated a
gross premium of KN6.2 billion in the first ten months of this year, which was
a 9.3% increase over the previous nine-month period, according to figures from
the Directorate for the Supervision of Insurance Companies. The life
insurance premium saw an increase of 11.2%, accounting for 23.8% of the
overall premium or KN1.5 billion. The non-life insurance premium rose 8.8% to
of KN4.7 billion, accounting for 76.2% of the overall premium.
Croatia Osiguranje had the largest share of the premium, notably 39.4%,
and was followed by Euroherc Osiguranje with 11.6% and Allianz Osiguranje with
10.1%.
