The budget was backed by members of the ruling coalition, representatives of the national minorities, some of the independent deputies and members of the Pensioners' Party.

All 304 amendments tabled by the Opposition were rejected at the Government's proposal during a 10-hour vote.

The Opposition asked for about KN 6.4 billion through the amendments, the most expensive being those concerning the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Tourism, Transport and Development (about KN 2.4 billion).
