The court judgement "dispels any illusions about justice and fairness of the Hague tribunal," war veterans' organisations said in a joint statement, accusing the tribunal of ethnic bias.
"Is someone trying to prove that there were no crimes against Croats? After this, who can look in the eyes of the families of those brutally killed in Uzdol and Grabovica in 1993?" the statement said, referring to a massacre of dozens of Croats in the two villages northwest of Mostar committed by Bosnian Muslim forces in 1993.
