On Tuesday and Wednesday, the Joint Parliamentary Committee will hold two working meetings to discuss the current political and economic situation in Croatia and reforms aimed at adjusting to European standards.
The meetings will be presided by the chairmen of the Joint Parliamentary Committee, European Parliament member Pal Schmitt of Hungary, and the chairman of the Croatian Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee, Gordan Jandrokovic.
The Joint Parliamentary Committee has 30 members, 15 from the European Parliament and 15 from the Croatian Sabor. It meets twice a year and this is its second meeting.
