However, the upper limit is 30 kuna which citizens can pay in a month. After that the above mentioned services in public health for a citizen who has already paid those 30 kuna will be free of charge.
According to some estimates, those administrative fees will bring 376 million kuna annually into the national health system.
The Ivo Sanader cabinet on Thursday adopted a protocol on the conduct of relevant bodies in cases of domestic violence so as to curb this form of violence.
The government was informed that the World Bank is planning to approve a USD35 million loan for a project of social and economic recovery . The project is worth about 60 million euros, and the rest if funds will be ensured from the government's budgets in the next three years.
After the session, Finance Minister Ivan Suker refuted speculations that the first Programmatic Adjustment Loan (PAL), which the World Bank has approved to Croatia, envisages the liquidation of a state-run shipyard until the end of this year.
"There is no option for shutting down (any shipyard)," Suker told reporters after the session.
The minister added that the Sanader cabinet was working on a programme of restructuring the national shipbuilding industry. A draft of the programme is likely to be finished in the coming six weeks, he said.
