BANJA LUKA, Aug 12 (Hina) - The Bosnian Serb entity's office for
cooperation with the Hague war crimes tribunal on Friday issued a statement
saying that the tribunal's prosecution accepted as credible evidence submitted
by the entity's authorities against 42 Bosniaks and Croats for alleged crimes
committed against Serbs during the war in Bosnia. The office said
the evidence was found to be sufficient for issuing an indictment.
The tribunal's prosecution has also requested additional evidence
against 89 persons who might be indicted, and established that evidence against
another 117 persons is insufficient to issue indictments.
