The main assembly of the company's shareholders is scheduled for 6 September this year, the Zagreb Stock Exchange Board reported on Monday quoting the call and notice for shareholders' meeting.
The income of the Croatian national air carrier in 2004 was twice higher than the one registered in 2003 thanks to higher business and financial earnings and cuts in spending.
The company has not yet issued any report on its business performance in the first six months of 2005. According to latest figures, the Croatia Airlines Group, which also includes 'Obzor Putovanja' and Amadeus Croatia', had losses of 58.08 million kuna in the first quarter of this year.
