Ministry of Foreign Affairs and EuropeanIntegration, Hido Biscevic, and his Hungarian counterpart, AndrasBarsony, held its fourth session in Plitvice on Friday.
ZAGREB, July 8 (Hina) - The joint committee for cooperation
between the governments of Croatia and Hungary, consisting of representatives
of relevant departments headed by the State Secretary for Political Affairs in
the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Hido
Biscevic, and his Hungarian counterpart, Andras Barsony, held its fourth
session in Plitvice on Friday. The two sides agreed cooperation in
the fields of transport infrastructure, energy, industry, tourism, science,
education, culture, environmental protection, the Hungarian-Croatian EU Action
Programme and bilateral agreements, the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and European Integration said in a press release.
The two governments signed an agreement to establish a joint border
crossing at Gorican and Letenye II, the first such agreement Croatia has signed
with a European Union member state.
