"About 50 elderly people who remained in the village of Antin in Croatia were killed in November and December 1991, while the rest of the population had fled before the arrival of Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) units and JNA-controlled volunteer units," the FHP said in a statement.
"Since SRS vice-president Tomislav Nikolic claims that no one was killed in the village by the end of January 1992 while he was there, the FHP calls on officers of the former JNA and military security authorities who were stationed at the JNA Command Centre in Antin at the time to provide facts about the killings in Antin and their perpetrators," the statement said.
The FHP said that SRS members had been put up in the houses of Croats who had fled.
Nikolic rejected accusations levelled against him two days ago by FHP director Natasa Kandic, saying that he was "an ordinary volunteer" in Antin and that during his time in the village no one had been killed or wounded.
