"At the (upcoming) commemoration to Bosniak victims, a delegation of the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro will represent the Serbia and Montenegro which does not forgive and forget crime and which considers human lives and the religious and ethnic equality of all the highest values," reads the statement. The Council of Ministers deeply sympathises with the victims' families and calls on them to "distinguish in their hearts between criminals and the people of Serbia and Montenegro".
"Those who killed in Srebrenica and who ordered and organised the massacre did not represent Serbia or Montenegro, but an undemocratic regime of terror and death which was opposed most strongly by a vast majority of citizens of Serbia and Montenegro," the Council of Ministers said, calling for the prosecution of all who ordered, organised or carried out war crimes, in Srebrenica and elsewhere.
