"We don't mind the implementation of the constitutional law, but it must be the subject of joint coalition agreement of all partners and not only the HDZ and the SDSS, because we cannot allow the coalition of these parties on the state level at the expense of the HSP," Djapic told a news conference in parliament.
The HSP is bothered the most by Wednesday's establishment of the Vukovar-Stijem County Assembly where, based on an agreement between the HDZ and the SDSS, the third county deputy prefect was elected from the ranks of the SDSS, without talks and agreement with other coalition partners, the news conference heard.
Djapic said he did not mind that a representative of the Serb minority be elected deputy prefect or the implementation of the constitutional law and the Erdut agreement, but added that agreement must be reached among all coalition partners.
The HSP leader requested an urgent meeting of all coalition partners in that county, stressing that otherwise the HSP would leave the coalition.
The HSP also opposes the HDZ-SDSS talks on the participation of representatives of the Serb minority in the Knin City Town Council and Leadership.
