MOSTAR, May 3 (Hina) - The Croatian Democratic Union ofBosnia-Herzegovina (HDZ BH) has decided to nominate Ivo Miro Jovic, amember of the state parliament, for the post of Croat member in thestate Presidency, the party said in a press
release on Tuesday.
MOSTAR, May 3 (Hina) - The Croatian Democratic Union of
Bosnia-Herzegovina (HDZ BH) has decided to nominate Ivo Miro Jovic, a member of
the state parliament, for the post of Croat member in the state Presidency,
the party said in a press release on Tuesday. Jovic is expected to
replace Dragan Covic, whom the High Representative to Bosnia, Paddy Ashdown,
sacked in late March after he was indicted for corruption.
The election of the Croat member of Bosnia's three-man state Presidency
will be on the agenda of a state parliament session on Wednesday.
Jovic, 55, is a historian an less known HDZ BH politician.
