The EU task force is comprised of foreign ministers Asselborn of Luxembourg, Jack Straw of Great Britain, and Ursula Plassnik of Austria, EU foreign and security policy high representative Javier Solana, and enlargement commissioner Olli Rehn.
After its session in Luxembourg on 26 April, the task force will then hold separate meetings with the tribunal's chief prosecutor Carla del Ponte and Croatian Foreign Minister Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic.
The possibility for launching the entry talks will depend on the contents of the 26 April session, Asselborn said on Saturday before the start of a working dinner in Luxembourg which pooled EU member-states' foreign ministers and their counterparts from countries-candidates.
Croatia's Grabar Kitarovic said that she would hold meetings with other ministers on the margins of the second day of an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers at a chateau in Luxembourg, which is currently presiding over the European bloc.
