Colak said that the largest part of today's discussion focused on constitutional changes.
"The HDZ BiH would like to see Bosnia-Herzegovina arranged as a complex, decentralised country in which all its peoples and citizens will be equal," the HDZ leader said.
According to him, the party would propose three levels of authority: the state and municipal levels and a level in between.
The party's presidency was obligated to draw up the entire proposal for the constitutional changes.
The HDZ BiH leadership today decided to hold the next electoral convention at 4 June in Mostar.
