Croatia is a country that meets its international obligations, including deployment of peace troops to Afghanistan and cooperation with others, she said.
Beckett said that the Council of the European Union was a place where heads of state and prime ministers of EU countries can send a strong signal that they are sticking to their strategic obligations regarding enlargement.
