MOSTAR, Oct 11 (Hina) - An Euro-Info Centre, aimed at spreading
information about the European Union and condition that Bosnia-Herzegovina must
meet so as to join the bloc, was opened in the southern Bosnian town of Mostar
on Wednesday. A similar centre has recently been opened in Banja
Luka and another two centres will soon be opened in Sarajevo and Banja Luka.
The decision to open Euro-Info centres across Bosnia was made following
a recent opinion poll according to which as many as 51 percent of Bosnian
citizens did not know basic information about the European Union.
