The Zagreb County Prosecutor's Office will submit all allegations to the police, DORH spokeswoman Martina Mihordin told Hina.
DORH decided to launch an investigation in the wake of claims Petrac made yesterday at his retrial for the 2003 kidnapping of Zagorec's son, who was then underage. In a series of questions, Petrac insinuated that Zagorec had transferred millions through him from secret foreign accounts, bought real estate, and attempted to sell precious stones when he served as assistant defence minister. Zagorec denied all of Petrac's allegations.
