Seks said that Croatia highly appreciated the friendly assistance and support offered by Germany on Croatia's path to membership of the European Union and NATO, particularly in the view of enlargement fatigue that followed the last round of EU enlargement.
Noting that improvement had been achieved in parliamentary relations between the two countries, Staks said he hoped this would also have an impact on economic cooperation. He stressed that there was no alternative to the good relations between Croatia and German or to Croatia's membership of the European Union and NATO, the press release said.
